How we use your details

Missing Seat is run by NNMC, Rotterdam. This notice explains what we collect when you sign up and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, drink choice and your answers about your startup or skills, industries and hours. If you bought a ticket elsewhere, also the platform and order number. Payments are handled by Mollie; we never see your card or bank details.

Why

To match you with people on the other side of the table for the evening you signed up for, to run the evening, and to send you practical messages such as your confirmation and a reminder on the day.

Who sees it

Only the Missing Seat organisers. After the evening, your name and LinkedIn go to another participant only when you both said yes to seeing each other again.

How long we keep it

Until three months after the evening, unless you ticked the box to keep your profile for future evenings. You can withdraw that at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent. Contact us at [contact email to be added].
